LAKEWOOD, COLO. - [November 13, 2019] - Barney Moran, an ATBS Tax Resolution Specialist and Enrolled Agent, has successfully completed the requirements to earn the designation of a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS). This dignified certification is earned by good standing members of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS).
Barney Moran was first required to be permitted to practice before the IRS, take several directly related professional courses and pass a comprehensive examination administered by ASTPS. The CTRS designation gives the public a means to distinguish among persons rendering solutions to tax problems. ASTPS is the only organization solely devoted to the development of professional skills in this area of practice.
