1095-B Health Coverage Statement

The 1095-B provides proof that you and your dependents had minimum essential health coverage during the year. It is issued by insurance companies or smaller employers and is only required if you live in California, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or the District of Columbia.
