
RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST
Office Location: Golden, CO and Laramie, WY
Position Overview: The Client Accounting team is responsible for year-end reconciliations of client accounts to 1099’s and YTD information through Schedule C preparation.

Significant Responsibilities:

Accurately verifying and reconciling revenue and expense amounts provided by clients or partner carriers to amounts reported within the ATBS database

Analytically researching and ensuring that clients’ financial results are in line with established due diligence parameters or have reasonable explanations from the established parameters

Consistently researching accounting and data entry issues to determine the correct application of client transactions in the preparation of profit and loss statements and related schedules

Successfully generating accurate Schedule C information for inclusion in clients’ income tax returns and adhering to all established reconciliation processes

Passionately providing high-quality customer service by assisting in answering clients’ questions regarding accounting matters and communicating information in a manner that is understood by clients and ATBS employees

Actively supporting other departments and contributing to the growth of ATBS by answering inquiries regarding accounting transactions that impact client reporting in a timely manner

Education and/or Experience:

An Associate’s degree or progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred
Compensation/Salary:
The starting pay range for this position is $12 - $17/hr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
