This recipe will need to be baked at home. Store in a bad, and dring them with you.

Makes 30 cookies

Equiptment: Oven, large mixing bowl

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (overripe bananas work well and have great flavor)
2 cups old-fashioned oats (not quick oats)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for 20 minutes, then scoop teasoon sized portions onto a cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes, until done. Let cool completely before storing in baggies.
