Rolling Kitchen Recipe: Low-Calorie Tuna Wrap

Equipment

• Mixing bowl

Ingredients

• 3 oz canned tuna in water, drained
• 1/4 c non-fat Greek yogurt (or 1 tbsp mayonnaise)
• 1/2 of a celery stalk, chopped
• 1 squeeze of lemon juice
• 3 slices roasted red peppers
• 1 handful of baby spinich
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 whole wheat tortilla

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, yogurt, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Fill tortilla with red peppers, spinich, and tuna mixture. Enjoy!
