Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 3 oz canned tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 c non-fat greek yogurt (or 1 tbsp mayonnaise)
- 1/2 of a celery stalk, chopped
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 3 slices roasted red peppers
- 1 handful of baby spinich
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, yogurt, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
2. Fill tortilla with red peppers, spinich, and tuna mixture and enjoy!
