Equipment:

  • Slow cooker

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, deseeded and chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 bell peppers, deseeded, with tops cut out
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup

Directions:

  1. Add ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker with water and mix thoroughly.
  2. Spoon meat mixture into each bell pepper. Spread a even layer of ketchup over the top of each stuffed pepper.
  3. Place stuffed peppers into the slow cooker and cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
