  • 3/4 c frozen peas
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 c raisins
  • 1/3 c walnuts, chopped

  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (optional)

For the dressing:

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

In a small container, combine the dressing ingredients and shake well to combine. In a bowl combine all the salad ingredients and mix well. Add the dressing and stir until everything is well coated.
