
FINANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Office Location: Laramie, WY
Position Overview: The Customer Service Specialist will review account balances with clients and carry out other service calls to provide exceptional customer service.

Significant Responsibilities:

Consistently providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external clients

Knowledgeably interact with clients through phone calls to explain account balance, review any missed payments, and process payments for any outstanding balance

Proficiently utilize ATBS software programs to answer basic inquiries from clients and update their ATBS account as needed Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards

Professionally conduct survey calls and follow through to completion

Proficient computer and reasoning skills

Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or Higher

Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel
Compensation/Salary:
The starting pay range for this position is $13 - $15/hr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
