Office Location: Laramie, WY


Position Overview: The Customer Service Specialist will review account balances with clients and carry out other service calls to provide exceptional customer service.

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Consistently providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external  clients  

  • Knowledgeably interact with clients through phone calls to explain account balance, review any missed payments, and process payments for any outstanding balance  

  • Proficiently utilize ATBS software programs to answer basic inquiries from clients and update their ATBS account as needed   Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards  

  • Professionally conduct survey calls and follow through to completion  


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills  

  • Proficient computer and reasoning skills  

  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and work in a fast-paced environment  

  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed  


Education and/or Experience: 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Higher

  • Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel



The starting pay range for this position is $13 - $15/hr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
