Job Title: Entry Level Sales Qualifier

About the Position: If you’re looking to kick-start your career in sales, ATBS is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Qualifier to join our Inside Sales team! The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an upbeat, positive atmosphere with a close-knit team that likes to work hard and play hard. The Sales Qualifier is responsible for making the first contact with a potential client to determine if they are someone who would benefit from working with ATBS. This position is critical to the success and bottom line of the company!

Significant Responsibilities

  • Scrub (screen/clean) your lead lists to ensure you aren’t duplicating efforts;

  • Engage and process your lead lists through the qualifying funnel ensuring the most qualified leads reach the sales team;

  • Educate potential clients on the value of ATBS services;

  • Directly transfer calls to sales reps, and schedule follow-up calls as necessary;

  • Make large-volume outbound phone calls and emails daily to engage leads;

  • Diligently and accurately track your activity via our Salesforce CRM system; and

  • Help us define and improve best-practices for the role to always push for greater success!

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organization, time management skills, and high attention to detail;

  • Experience using a computer and email;

  • Experience interacting with clients/customers over the phone;

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused, customer service, or sales role;

  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable sales (CRM) tool:

  • Some selling experience is required;

  • Proficient in speaking Spanish is a PLUS; and

  • High school diploma or GED.


The starting salary range for this position is $35K - 45K/yr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
