CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Office Location: Laramie, WY

 

Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Representative will play an integral role in assisting the Consulting Team in maintaining frequent contact with ATBS clients.

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external customers via telephone 

  • Effectively utilize ATBS software programs, input data to update database records, and communicate information to certain ATBS employees for appropriate action 

  • Frequently interact with clients through outbound phone calls 

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation, communication, and customer relation skills 

  • Good reasoning, interpersonal and organizational aptitude 

  • Proficient computer skills 

  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system  

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years customer service and/or business experience preferred 

 

Compensation/Salary:

Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
