ASSISTANT - MARKETING
Office Location: Golden, CO or Laramie, WY

Significant Responsibilities:

Thoroughly research, qualify, and accurately distribute prospects to the ATBS sales team

Meticulously prepare Excel documents for import into our Salesforce CRM
-
Proactively field receptionist overflow calls and assist at the front desk when needed
-
Monitor general email inboxes and route inquiries to correct persons or department
-
Place orders for business cards, flyers, brochures, and other assorted materials
-
Independently manage the company’s online learning course and enroll new students
-
Passionately work to assist others in achieving the organization’s goals and objectives
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptionally organized

Strong business etiquette skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience with Salesforce preferred
Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus

Relevant work experience is preferred
Compensation/Salary:
The starting pay range for this position is $14 - $17/hr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
