Position Overview:

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly research, qualify, and accurately distribute prospects to the ATBS sales team

  • Meticulously prepare Excel documents for import into our Salesforce CRM

  • Proactively field receptionist overflow calls and assist at the front desk when needed

  • Monitor general email inboxes and route inquiries to correct persons or department

  • Place orders for business cards, flyers, brochures, and other assorted materials

  • Independently manage the company’s online learning course and enroll new students

  • Passionately work to assist others in achieving the organization’s goals and objectives


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Exceptionally organized 

  • Strong business etiquette skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred



  • High School Diploma required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus



  • Relevant work experience is preferred



The starting pay range for this position is $14 - $17/hr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
