Job Title: Seasonal Document Imaging/Preparation Technician

 

Position Overview: Responsible for scanning, filing, and routing client documents to the appropriate departments to ensure accuracy for our clients and their business needs. 

 

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process incoming client documents - Open mail, remove client accounting documents (receipts/settlements)
  • Effectively sort and prepare documents for imaging
  • Meticulously review, identify, and route documents to feed other department processes (i.e. tax documents, customer checks, etc.)
  • Successfully scan documents and carefully verify they are imaged correctly
  • Precisely index images
  • Routinely clean scanners 
  • Proactively assist with filing and imaging of client documents as needed

 

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of document imaging/scanning hardware and software, and experience creating electronic copies of documents
  • Skillful ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
  • Basic mathematical skills required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

 

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Seasonal assignments are a great opportunity to gain experience in a new field or industry. Our seasonal assignments can be part time or full time and have a tentative completion date of April 24, 2020. Consideration will be given for full-time and part-time employment opportunities after completing this seasonal assignment.
