Location: Lakewood, CO

Position Overview: The Inside Sales Associate will play an integral role in the promotion of ATBS products and services via telephone, both inbound and outbound calls.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue, quota, and new customer satisfaction objectives;
  • Own, qualify, develop and close opportunities for ATBS products and services from multiple lead sources;
  • Use discretion in determining the ATBS products or services best meet the prospective client’s needs based on knowledge and experience
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Organize work activity based on lead source rating – white hot, hot, warm, and cold
  • Manage time, activities and leads and track all calls, activities, and sales results through Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Understand and properly fill out the appropriate documentation for closing a sale
  • Attend and participate in team planning sessions as requested by Inside Sales Manager
  • Support other team members in their sales efforts and participate in group problem solving
  • Possible travel to client locations and trade shows to assist Sales and Marketing Team and sell retail products and services

 

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science desired
  • Minimum of two years general business experience in a similar field strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in business or financial field may substitute

 

Skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports and legal documents, procedures, and government regulations;
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills required;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary;
  • Must be able to work in and contribute to a strong team environment;
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong customer service orientation, sales focus, and customer relation skills;
  • Must have strong telephone skills; and
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.

 

Travel

  • 10% travel is expected for this position.
