Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lakewood, CO

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will play an integral role in assisting the Business Consulting Team in maintaining administrative and clerical support for internal and external clients.

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external customers
  • Utilizing ATBS software programs to input data to update ATBS records, prepare documents, and distribute reports
  • Interact with clients through phone calls to obtain information, describe tax services to clients, and answer basic client inquiries
  • Contact clients to collect payments
  • Perform various clerical duties to support ATBS and its cross-functional departments
  • Provide support and backup receptionist duties
  • Extrapolate and manipulate data from ATBS software programs to Excel to prepare reports for various departments

Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required
  • Proficient computer and reasoning skills
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate’s degree is preferred
  • Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel
