Position Title: Collections and Customer Service Specialist 

Office Location: Lakewood, CO or Laramie, WY

Position Overview: The Collections and Customer Service Representative will conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients in regards to account balances and other service calls to provide exceptional customer service.

Significant Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing client accounts for the balance due from clients, resolving client variances, taking payments, processing refund and credit memo requests 

  • Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards to collect payments

  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external clients 

  • Utilizing ATBS software programs to input data to update ATBS records

  • Results-oriented with the ability to generate a high volume of outbound calls in a fast pace environment

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 

  • Attention to detail and good aptitude with numbers 

  • Strong customer service orientation and customer relation skills

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 

  • Proficient computer skills

Education and/or Experience: 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Higher

  • 2-3 years of customer service in an office environment

  • Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel

Compensation/Salary:

The starting pay range for this position is $12 - $18/hr. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, primary work location, academic achievements, and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
