Equipment: Rice Cooker

Ingredients:

  • Salmon filets
  • Lemon, sliced in half
  • Asparagus
  • Sea salt

Directions:

In a rice cooker, cook the salmon about halfway, then squeeze the lemon over the top.

Layer the fresh asparagus over the salmon, sprinkle with sea salt, and heat until the salmon is cooked through.
